Product Description
The debaler is the first piece of machinery in our standard PET washing line. As PET bottles generally arrive at washing plants in bales, or compacted bundles of plastic bottles, it must first be unpacked before the bottles can flow freely onto the belt conveyor system.
The use of the debaler is crucial for countries where the cost of manual is high. Instead of using extra employees to unpack the PET bottle bales manually, why not drop entire bales of plastic bottles directly into the debaler’s vertical feeder using a fork lift?

The lead time for standard equipment is 30 days. For custom orders or complete washing lines, the lead time is between 60 – 90 days. The actual lead time will depend on the complexity of the project as well as the amount of machinery we have in queue at the time of your order.
